Paul Hugo earned his BA in Audio Engineering from University of Miami. In 1982 he started his own rental / contracting firm in Miami. In the 20 years since selling ART, Paul has held sales and marketing management positions with Gauss Loudspeakers, Harman Pro, Sennheiser, A-T and PreSonus. Paul brings his background in the contracting, live sound and broadcast segments; as well as a manufacturer's point of view to assist Gary with the overall management of Marshank Sales and focus on our contracting and live sound markets.

Jens May became a member of the Marshank team after a successful tenure as Marketing Director at Whittaker Music. His industry experience includes stints within Guitar Center, Harper’s Music, and the Southeastern Guitar Academy. A graduate of the University of Miami, Jens’ credentials also include Bachelor of Music and Associate of Arts, Business Administration degrees. Jens focuses on accounts in the central part of our territory and Nevada.

Bill Cone is an Arizona native based in Phoenix and covers the state of Arizona. Bill previously owned a high tech retail music store in Phoenix and has been in the musical products retail industry for over 35 years.  Bill's expertise is in electronic musical products and their integration into the modern musical environment. 

Mike Mostert, joined Marshank Sales with 18 years in MI retail positions including successful tenures as General Manager of Sam Ash Hollywood and Sam Ash Professional West. Mike's credentials include Business Management studies from Five Towns College in New York. Mike focuses on the northern counties of our territory.

Jim Agnello brings over 20 years of MI retail management experience to Marshank Sales. In New York he was a top recording / pro-audio salesman and in-store clinician before serving as General Manager of Sam Ash Brooklyn for over 10 years. He moved to California in 1998 and continued opening and managing SA stores before joining Guitar Center in 2003 where he managed four store locations. Jim now manages accounts in the southern counties of our territory.

Chris Gagon is our training and merchandising specialist. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Chris speaks Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin), plays guitar, records music and focuses on dealer support across our entire territory.

Robin Pitigliano is our office manager. She has been involved with music since the age of 6 and in the music business since 1976 in various capacities. Robin is known for outstanding customer service and is the glue that holds our company together.
